「大食積」

最近不知怎的要吃很多東西才有飽的感覺,吃了一頓豐富午餐後數小時又肚子餓。每天中午我已經吃不少的了,晚上連在家中煮麵也懶,導致時常在街上獨自找吃的,油份及脂肪實在吸收不少。我想不只我的胃部最近一定大了不少,連身軀及臉型也圓潤不少。

究竟怎樣才可以減少我的食量呢?

    • 我單靠做運動沒大幫助,反而控制飲食會比較work一點。
